How can I make an exchange or return?
You can contact us to inform us of your intention to make a return or exchange of the order via email: https://britishcotton.com/en/
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If the original packaging is no longer available, it must be replaced with packaging of similar size and capacity. It is important that this return be made within 30 days of receiving the order, as returns or exchanges will not be possible after this period.
Once your exchange or return request is confirmed, we will arrange for the shipping company to collect the product to be returned, properly packaged. The total cost for collection and delivery to process your exchange or return will be €4.99 in mainland Spain and Portugal and €20 in France. Please inquire for other countries in the European Union.
Information.
The consumer may exchange or return any item (also opting for the generation of a promotional coupon without expiry for the same purchase value, redeemable at any time), that he has purchased by contacting us via email athttps://britishcotton.com/en/indicating the Invoice Number and the reason for the exchange or return.
Generally, consumers have the right to cancel a contract without needing to justify their decision and without any penalty. The maximum period for exercising this right is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, grants the Customer the right to revoke the requested order within 30 days of receiving it, after notifying the Administrator within that period, with a refund of the price paid for it.
You may return the purchased item as long as the product retains its tags and is in the same condition as when you received it. Returns will not be accepted if the product is not returned in perfect condition.
If the order is over €50, the exchange fees will be free, and if the order is under €50, the exchange fees will be €4.99.
Regarding returns, the collection fees will be €4.99.
Can I change an online order at a British Cotton store?
To make an exchange, you must bring the online purchase receipt or invoice to the store along with the product, as it has the same legal validity as a physical receipt. Please ensure you have received it. You will find it inside your shipment with your order. If you have misplaced it, you can download it again from the website: go to your user account, then Orders, select the order, and download your invoice or delivery note. Returns are not accepted in physical stores.
